Short, because there is not much happening here yet. This page covers the website and the early access list. The software has its own licence and is not governed by this page.

This site is operated by Ali Gündoğdu / Projekod Yazılım, registered in Pamukkale, Denizli, Türkiye.
The early access list
Joining the list is not a purchase and not a contract for anything. It means we may write to you once, before the first wave opens.
We do not promise a date, and we do not promise that a wave will have room in it. If either of those changes we will say so rather than let the list sit there.
Using this site
The text, images and drawings on this site belong to Ali Gündoğdu / Projekod Yazılım. The product screenshots are of software we make. Please do not present them as your own.
The site is provided as it is. We keep it accurate, and where something is unfinished we say so on the page rather than in here.
The software is separate
Tulpar the software is covered by the Functional Source License 1.1 (Apache 2.0 Future License), which travels with the code; every release turns irrevocably into Apache 2.0 two years after it ships. Nothing on this page adds to it or takes anything away from it.
When you run Tulpar on your own machine, you are the operator. What happens on your installation is yours, and we have no access to it.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, and any dispute belongs to the courts of Denizli, Türkiye.
If we change this page we will change the date at the top of it. We will not change it quietly.
